4.0I recently stayed at Sequoia Hotel Manila Bay and had a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, my luggage was dropped off by my driver, but despite several staff members being present at the reception, no one offered assistance. I had to ask for help myself. I was also surprised to learn that the incidental deposit would take a month to return to my card, which is not something I've encountered as a frequent traveler. The breakfast options were quite limited, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience. Additionally, my boyfriend, who arrived later, requested facial tissue from the front desk but received bathroom tissue instead, which was not what he needed. Lastly, when he asked for a key, he was escorted to our room by a bellman, as if his name was not on the guest list. Overall, the service and amenities fell short of expectations.

8.0便利！AYALA、PARQAL、カジノまで徒歩5分であり、部屋から見えました。ホテルと同じ建物の1階に24時間営業のコンビニがあり、お酒も買えました。 部屋は広くて清潔でした。 どこかの部屋の排水の音や廊下の話し声が聞こえましたが、許容範囲でした。朝食は価格なりのレベルです。安いから仕方ないことです。 安い割に快適に過ごせました。

10.0Staffs are very friendly and always ready to help with anything. The most i like bapu this property is the area where its located, its very quite area, no traffic noise and avle to sleep peacefully in the night.
