7.0Chambre propre et spacieuse , bien équipée Emplacement idéal proche gare Termini (5mn à pied) et à +\_ 30mn des centres d’intérêt . Très bonne communication avant et après avec le contact de l’établissement.
− La personne qui assurait l’accueil , remise des clés et ménage s’est montré extrêmement désagréable , autoritaire, impolie …je n’ai jamais vu ça . Dommage ça gâche pas mal l’impression générale

10.0From booking up to checking in, there has been consistent communication. The lift gives the place its own character. The cleaner there is exceptional! She is very responsive and will make sure that everything is working properly. She is also very attentive and immediately asked us if everything was okay when she saw us getting our luggage out a day before our check out (we were dropping our luggage for storage) and reassured her we're not leaving prematurely. The extra bed provided was comfortable as well.
− On our last day, we went to the cafe for breakfast but it was closed (this was Tuesday morning) we decided to come back after half an hour of their opening time but they were still closed so we decided to check out early and have breakfast at the termini. I understand that there might be some circumstance that the cafe wasn't able to open on time on that day but we weren't able to hang around to find out if they will open because we have a train to catch.
