Perfect for stay and theatre locations
9.0Arrival was smooth, the hotel was stunning and the staff really helpful. We were upgraded to a corner suite which was sooo comfy and just immaculate! We booked an hour at the pool and the cabanas were a nice touch to relax in. We took advantage of the guest lounge for complimentary refreshments and enjoyed a nice breakfast. The rooms were really quiet despite being in central London, and the quality of the amenities was exceptional. My son and I really enjoyed our time. The bed was super comfy, the Japanese toilet was a nice touch! Dyson hairdryer makes a delightful change!! Location was perfect for the theatre night out.
− My only comment would be that when we were in the guest lounge we asked for a glass of water with our food for my son twice and both times the waitress forgot. Zero complaints outside of that.

− La camera seppur carina e ben arredata ha il water disposto in maniera tale da dare zero privacy. Il personale della struttura talvolta non è stato all'altezza di un cinque stelle a 700 euro a notte, l'ultimo giorno ci è stato addebitato un "aperitivo" da noi non fatto, per la bellezza di 115 pound, abbiamo dovuto assolutamente chiarire con la reception, che lo ha cancellato, il problema qui non è l'errore, ma il fatto che abbiamo dovuto aspettare piu di due ore per avere conferma della cancellazione ( e credo con qualche dubbio della reception); mi preoccupa il fatto che chiunque possa addebitare su qualsiasi camera senza controllo, quindi attenti. E dulcis in fundo neanche delle scuse da parte della reception. I cuscini troppo morbidi e il materasso dal secondo giorno ci ha causato un gran maldischiena. Ancora il bar, all'ottavo piano, nuovo carino e ben arredato, il personale pessimo. Neanche un buona sera, all'arrivo ci spediscono sopra tramite l'ascensore e il banchetto posto a destra e invisibile a causa del buio, da cui all'arrivo non viene detto neanche buona sera. Abbiamo ordinato due drink semplici, non sono arrivati, 35 minuti dopo ci siamo alzati e siamo andati via avvertendo chi di dovere, incommentabile.
