10.0We were there for the second time, and everything was quite good. The standard and cleanliness were high (although the kind-size room isn't absolutely king-size), the breakfast was very good, and the hosts were friendly. Only the breakfast and check-out times could be later.

9.0La habitacion era amplia y estaba limpia. Ines correcta y agradable. El desayuno excelente, imposible probar tantas cosas, dulces y saladas.. Las fotos antiguas de la habitación y los girasoles le dan un toqie especial
− La almohada blanda para nuestro gusto. Al principio de la noche, ruido de la calle trasera q se soluciono cerrando la ventana.

10.0Very clean, central location. Apartment is spacious with its own kitchen. Hosts were super nice. Breakfast with local food (ricotta, tomatoes, selection of local ham, prosciutto, homemade cookies) and great mocha is absolutely highlight. There is an option of extra dinner with a host who is actually a chef. Recommendations. It’s even better if you speak Italian (or someone from the group speaks). Also, is very close to villa romana and nearby castles.
− Parking is a bit challenging - but is possible to park nearby for 0.60€/hour (08.30-20h they are charging)
