We had come from a disastrous Airbnb in Cannigione Olbia and found this amazing place on booking.com the reviews looked good so decided to give it a go and what a breath of fresh air. This place is I’m writing this whilst at the hotel because I’m so impressed with the service firstly from front of house Adele who couldn’t do enough for us she personally showed us the room before we checked in and made us feel so welcome that we decided to take the room immediately after our story of of our bad experience in Cannigione she made sure we had a room that suited our requirements ie great view, Aircon comfortable bed and beautifully clean room. We decided to book the evening meal in the restaurant where we met the deputy restaurant manager called Lorenzo who welcomed us to the hotel and show us to our table we had a buffet evening meal which I would say is the best buffet selection I’ve ever seen at any hotel, everything was quality and the service was impeccable. In the morning we came down for breakfast and again we were not disappointed. Lorenzo personally welcomed us and showed us where everything was on the buffet. I have been in the service industry most of my life and I can truly say watching Lorenzo interact with the other guests, was a master class in front of house restaurant service. he made sure that the tables were cleared quickly and efficiently and that the food was topped up at all times, I don’t think I saw him stand still for more than a few seconds, he was constantly directing operations and keeping a tight ship with the staff who obviously respect him and his organisational skills. If I was running a restaurant anywhere I would definitely poach him. All this added together with the beautiful surroundings and immaculately clean hotel we will definitely be coming back here again. FIRST CLASS
