− We had asked by email to check in a few hours earlier, and it was confirmed by email that this was possible. When we arrived, they could not find our reservation, after which we were sent to their old apartment to check in there. We were also unable to check in earlier. The room bed was not in order... no pans, even though it is an apartment. The service has become very poor.

− Main lift not working at the start of our stay - use goods lift. Unable to get electronic lock working to apartment door however was given key which was very useful.
