Zentrale Lage und trotzdem entspannter Aufenthalt
10.0Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Das Hotel ist ganz in der Nähe der Piazza Navonne. Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hatte alles was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal. Harrison am Empfang war äußerst höflich und zuvorkommend und gab mir wertvolle Tipps und Infos für meinen Aufenthalt. Ich komme gerne wieder !!!
Un piccolo angolo accogliente nel cuore di Roma, dove tornerei sicuramente.
9.0Posizione comodissima dietro piazza Navona, in una stradina davvero carina. Stanza grande e pulita e anche se era in mansarda, la temperatura era ottima (il caldo era il mio timore). Inoltre, la finestra sui tetti è una chicca. Abbiamo fatto il check in automatico, tutto spiegato in modo chiaro. Colazione ottima, ragazzo alla reception super gentile e accogliente. Se soggiorneremo di nuovo a Roma sicuramente torneremo qui.
− Niente. Unica cosa, la nostra stanza era in mansarda e ci sono delle scale che possono essere un po’ scomode per persone anziane o con problemi motori.

Gute Lage, schönes Zimmer aber mit deutlichem Renovierungsbedaff
7.0Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt und es trotzdem sehr ruhig also keine Straßengeräusche. Das Frühstück war auch gut genauso wie das Vorhandensein Klimaanlage. Es wurde sogar gratis Wasser bereitgestellt. Der Selbst Check in war super einfach
− Die Betten waren durchgelegen. Die Dusche auch schon sehr heruntergekommen. Im Badezimmer war es immer warm, egal ob mit Klimaanlage oder ohne. Die Klimaanlage selbst hat komische Geräusche von sich gegeben. Außerdem sind wir an einem Samstag angereist, wo wir informiert wurden, dass der Aufzug „out of order“ wäre. Bis Mittwoch (der Tag unserer Abreise) wurde dieser nicht repariert und man musste die Koffer bis in den 5. Stock schleppen. Als wird das Personal gefragt haben, wann der Aufzug wieder funktioniert wird, kam die Antwort „I literally have no idea“. Wir hatten ein Zimmer angrenzend an den Frühstücksraum und da dort direkt die Klimaanlage stand, hatten wir an einem Morgen auch die Überraschung von Wasser, was unter der Wand durchlief.
