10.0Klein und familiär. Zimmer, Frühstück einfach, aber alles da was man braucht. Wunderbarer Kaffee zum Frühstück, soviel man möchte. Lage : geht nicht besser! Mein Superior Zimmer ging zur Straße raus. Es fahren keine Autos oder Vespas, da aber Gastronomie, schlafen bei offenem Fenster nicht möglich. Bei geschlossenem Fenster total leise. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der junge Mann hat unsere Koffer nach oben geschleppt. Frühstücksraum haben wir als Aufenthaltsraum nutzen dürfen. Insgesamt sehr gelungener Aufenthalt. Komme gerne wieder!
− Decken etwas hellhörig. Hotel liegt im 3. und 4. Stock. 75 z.T. hohe Stufen. Es gibt einen Aufzug, der während unseres Aufenthaltes defekt war. Gehbehinderte sollten das vorab klären, würden sich sonst schwertun.

− Scale ripide senza ascensore. Struttura e mobili abbastanza sgangherati. Per quello che paghi è troppo poco.Assolutamente insufficiente. Un bravo al personale che fa di tutto per sopperire alle gravi carenze della proprietà.

10.0Naprosto perfektní výchozí poloha, ubytování čisté a útulné. Snídaně skvělé a pan recepční byl velice milý a napomocný. Příště bychom si vybrali stejný hotel.

2.0L’ubicazione del B&B è ottima
− Il B&B si trova al secondo piano di un edificio e, durante il nostro soggiorno, l’ascensore non era funzionante. Anche qualora l’ascensore fosse stato operativo, per raggiungere la camera, situata in mansarda, è comunque necessario percorrere una scala con gradini particolarmente stretti e ripidi. Trasportare le valigie fino alla camera risulta quindi molto scomodo e potenzialmente pericoloso. Ritengo che queste caratteristiche debbano essere chiaramente segnalate nella descrizione della struttura, soprattutto per consentire a persone con difficoltà motorie o problemi di deambulazione di valutare preventivamente l’accessibilità dell’alloggio. Una maggiore trasparenza su questi aspetti sarebbe doverosa, trattandosi non soltanto di una questione di comfort, ma anche di sicurezza.
