9.0La VISTA dal salotto è strepitosa! L'appartamento è ampio e c'è un grande terrazzo con tavolo e sedie per mangiare fuori.
− Divani e poltrone vintage in velluto e tessuti che raccolgono polvere e sporcizia non sono adatti per appartamenti in affitto. Tovagliette sopra i mobili macchiate, copriletto con evidenti macchie. Strofinacci cucina macchiati e strappati. Materassi vecchissimi e reti cigolanti. Non ci sono istruzioni per utilizzare il piano cottura nè indicazioni per l'immondizia. Il citofono non funziona.

9.0Bardzo wygodny duży apartament z trzema oddzielnymi sypialniami oraz z wielkim słonecznym tarasem. Wygodne położenie w centrum miasta blisko stacji metra. Wspaniały widok z salonu na Akropol. Dobre wyposażenie apartamentu w tym i w sprzęty kuchenne, środki higieny. Wygodne łóżka. Apartament znajduje się na czwartym piętrze. Wygodny dostęp windą. Nieopodal apartamentu dostępny jest podziemny parking. Wspaniały kontakt z administratorem (Gospodarzem) apartamentu.
− Obiekt przy dość ruchliwej ulicy jednak żaluzje i okna skutecznie izolują od hałasu. W budynku w kilku lokalach trwa obecnie remont co może być chwilowo lekko uciążliwe.

10.0Отличные апартаменты в 10 минутах ходьбы от метро и 20 минутах от Акрополя. Есть вся необходимая посуда и техника, в том числе стиральная машина. В наличие 3 спальни и 2 туалета, большая терраса. Шикарный вид на Акрополь. Нет проблем с горячей водой. Рядом магазин Spar.
− Немного шумно от машин на дороге, но нам это особо не мешало. Не хватало крючков в ванной комнате, чтобы повесить полотенца. Интерьер в классическом стиле на любителя.

10.0A tulajdonos az apartmannál érkezeskor várt minket. Nagyon kedves, segítőkész volt, minden tudnivalót elmondott a lakással kapcsolatban és rengeteg hasznos információt kaptunk tőle Athénról. A lakás tökéletesen felszerelt, minden van amire csak szükségünk volt. Kényelmes, komfortos, tágas lakás közel mindenhez - éttermekhez, boltokhoz, látnivalókhoz. Ha újra Athénba látogatunk, biztosan megint ezt az apartmant választjuk! Mindenkinek ajánlom!
