− Lane out of house was really bad, one way was really bumpy and damaged the bottom of the car the other way was through a ford, although very shallow water the sides were really steep, no good in a sporty car, spiders webs should have been removed in all rooms

9.0Great Location, can get to most of the attractions quickly and easily. Hosts friendly and helpful. Plenty of wildlife visited us, including a red squirrel and a couple of partridges (no pear tree!)
− Booking.com advertised site as having a washing machine and tumble dryer, which the property did not have. I believe the description has now been updated. Fortunately this did not affect our stay.

9.0Roomy cared for establishment in pleasent surroundings. Easy access to other parts of IOW. In fine weather there is garden access and outdoor seating. Hosts live on site and were amenable and friendly.
− The property is managed by Holiday Homes who seek a refundable deposit of 150 GBP beforehand. Nothing exceptional in this but something to be aware of before booking. Also they may have a ferry deal - also be aware of this before you book your travel.
