Der Ausblick ist einfach wunderschön! Auch bei Außentemperaturen von über 30 °C blieb es im Haus angenehm kühl, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel gemacht hat. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend und eignet sich perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war sehr bequem und die Matratzen haben für einen erholsamen Schlaf gesorgt. Besonders praktisch fanden wir außerdem die guten Parkmöglichkeiten direkt an der Unterkunft. Waschmaschine und Trockner - ein fetter Pluspunkt!

− Definitiv die Couch – leider ist sie ständig auseinandergerutscht. Darauf hat nur ein Kind geschlafen; für zwei Kinder wäre sie kaum geeignet. Außerdem waren Ameisen im Haus. Möglicherweise liegt das daran, dass im Sommer die Terrassentür häufig offen steht. Uns hat es allerdings nicht allzu sehr gestört. Im Schlafzimmer wäre eine bessere Beleuchtung wünschenswert, da es dort recht dunkel ist. Auch der Esstisch in der Küche ist für drei Personen etwas zu klein und eng. Da wir Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, konnten wir draußen essen, was sehr angenehm war. Bei Regen wäre das allerdings schwierig gewesen, da nicht alle gleichzeitig bequem am Tisch hätten sitzen können.

Дуже комфортний та зручний номер. Близько до підйомника (я ходив пішки). Незважаючи на мали розміри, дуже комфортна та ергономічна кухня. .

− Не працювало опалення у ванній кімнаті. Занадто високо розміщений умивальник - дуже не зручно. Як для мене - дуже м'який матрац, але це вже індивідуальність. Багато старої електроніки якою вже не користуются.

Pleasant stay in a nice, well equipped clean and cozy apartments

Nice comfortable apartments, well located with superb view from windows. Well equipped kitchen with all necessary kitchenware and appliances. Washing machine and a parking spot next to the apartments.

− Only one point for improvement is a sofa in leaving room, it’s OK for 1-2 nights, but not for a week or longer.

Disappointing. Different to place in booking, unclear check-in & missing essentials.

The apartment itself was quite nice and had potential to be really great. The restaurant below the apartment was great, and the owners who run the restaurant below were lovely. The cows in the paddock next to it are gorgeous too! So charming!

− This place had potential to be great but unfortunately the location we were given was not the same as the place on the listing and what we paid for. Apartment was about 15 minute drive from actual Garmisch. Luckily we had a hire car. Check in process and instructions were unclear, and they had us driving all around Garmisch to pick it up without any instructions until we knocked on the door and didn’t get an answer. There was not even soap to wash our hands and no dishwashing detergent when cleaning products was listed in the booking. No hairdryer. Very unclear instructions regarding WiFi connection and the passwords given were all incorrect. Tried contacting property manager and they were not helpful. Disappointing because it was a nice place otherwise.
