4.0Desepcionante al reservar una suite con jacuzzi y encontrar una habitación tan sencilla y un jacuzzi que te lo apagan a la media hora de comenzar a usarlo y todavía peor no poder volver a usarlo en tu estadía por eso decidí irme a otro hotel donde de verdad me ofrecieran la comodidad que yo deseaba..
− No me gustó la falta de respeto con el usuario ya que si se cancela cierto valor por los servicios adicionales que tiene la habitación deberían de dejar que el usuario disfrute por lo que el está pagando como me pasó a mi con el jacuzzi en mi primera noche de boda.
