− It’s close to freeway and noisy and my shower was weak and not hot enough

− Paid for a room with a bath, water so luke I could not take a bath. Bath plug broken and do not keep the water in. Shower door handle inside , please fix it!! Room is advertised with a balcony. that is false. if you walk out the glass doors you are in a braai room not a balcony, that is inside and chaired with lots of other guests that is very noisy. Street Noice is really bad

It was a perfect overnight location for attending a wedding at One Heaven and Earth.

7.0The host was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable.
− The bath was faulty in the room. The shower went from hot to cold every few seconds. The swimming pool was showed on the pictures on the website but it was not accessible to guests as it belongs to the main house. This was not informed via the website. There is only on street parking and not secure parking. There were strange characters loitering around our vehicle. The communal fridge was not cleaned out. People's left over food was in the fridge that must have been left there for days as it was quite smelly.
