10.0Excellent value for money. Really love the decor and the glass walls and views. They also let me check in early as my room was ready and available when i arrived which I really appreciated as a tired traveller. The floors are wooden though and so was quite cold in winter so come with your socks/fluffly slippers- but overall this is a minor issue
