Great value, great location, clean and modern.
9.0Great location. Quiet. Close to private water taxi dock (Monaco Hotel near St Marks Square). Hostess was very friendly. Greeted when we arrived and helped carry some of our luggage and get us settled in.
− 4th floor unit - 48 steps! We had come from a wedding and had heavy luggage. Bathroom is tight.
It was good and nice
7.0Convenience to most places , Central location and pleasant staff . Ready to help with everything .
− Bad odor at the entrance of the property and noise from flushing toilets from the room upstairs as I was downstairs. I will still stay there again for the price and service.

10.0Small but lovely and very clean room in a perfect location near St. Mark’s Square. Friendly and helpful staff, and great value for money. Nice shared balcony to relax on, good Wifi and possibility to store the luggage after checkout.
− The bathroom is a bit small.
