6.0The location was great for where we wanted to be. Nice big area for the family Fully equipped Kitchen and Laundry was great Excellent pressure in showers
− No access to Gym or Pools as they are for 'Resort Guests Only' Finding unit in the dark was a challenge Lack of warm blankets as we stayed in the middle of winter Beds were very lumpy and FIRM

− The bond requirements after booking with booking.com. This shoul;d be made very obvious in the booking requirements.
Perfect to unwind and enjoy the resort facilities.
10.0Really modern and fresh. Cypress Lakes has been operating for a while but there was no sign of this property being dated-it seemed newly renovated
− Nothing about the property itself. Beware of ants if sitting outside with food.

− The beds were very hard is my only complaint. I would maybe suggest a couple of umbrellas too.
