Una estancia perfecta
10.0El hotel es muy bonito, cómodo y acogedor. Tanto las habitaciones como las áreas comunes se encuentran impecablemente limpias y bien cuidadas. El personal fue siempre muy amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar, brindando un servicio excelente durante toda la estancia. Además, la ubicación es muy conveniente, ya que se encuentra a pocas cuadras del centro, lo que permite desplazarse fácilmente a los principales puntos de interés. Sin duda, fue una experiencia muy agradable y volvería a hospedarme en este hotel en futuras visitas.
Good just don't make noise
10.0Reception was amazing, the facilities are impeccable and the hotel is pretty. Our room was clean, big and with a fireplace, we couldn't ask for more.
− Two things: place is small and the receptionist went onto my room at night to ask us to be quiet; couldn't handle it out since I have a baby and they tend to be loud, it was beyond my control. Also, if you get hot like I usually do, ask for a fan, we went is summer and the room was extremely warm.

10.0Nos gustó mucho, es la primera vez que visitamos Tapalpa y sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos en este lugar, habitación pequeña pero cómoda y cumple con lo necesario, muy cerca del centro pudimos ir y volver caminando 👍🏼
