10.0Địa điểm khách sạn rất thuận lợi nằm ngay ở trung tâm sát bên chợ Bến Tre, phòng rất đẹp sạch sẽ, phòng có view nhìn các mặt đều nhìn thấy dòng sông rất đẹp . còn nhân viên thì phục vụ tận tình, tận tâm , có việc gì cần hỗ trợ thì sẵn sàng24/24 . nhân viên đều rất dễ thương nhất là em Tân phục vụ và giúp đỡ chị rất tận tâm và chu đáo

8.0Đồ ăn ngon, hợp khẩu vị
− Máy lạnh trong phòng khó điều chỉnh, độ lạnh tăng giảm không thay đổi được nên ông bà không thoải mái, chế độ quạt để ở mức nhỏ nhưng vẫn rất to, gây ồn nhiều, ban đêm khi ngủ vẫn rất ồn.
