Great location, clean and comfortable. We had a great stay.

− communications with owners was impossible almost had to find new accommodation, unit no was incorrect. a bond was requested after booking was made

The reverse cycle airconditioner is great, takes to time to warm up the apartment, then toasty.

Thank God for the Photos and the clear instructions - Follow the instructions for sure!! The property address in WRONG and that was confusing and confounding!! The property address given was Unit 4, 2 Olinda Road - the building address is 240 Mt Dandenong Road and NOWHERE does it say 2 Olinda Road. There is NO UNIT 4!!! There is Unit A1 - and the key fitted and the photos matched!

− The water spout for the spa is broken - and water leaks out of the wall onto the floor. This is messy - and unsafe for the guests - as it is a slip hazzard. It is a disaster for the building as there is no idea how much water is leaking into the wall cavity and where is it going to.

Those who provide access instructions, need to be familiar with the property.

The place was lovely.

− The property isn't called Woody Lifestyle ! Making it incredibly hard to identify. The access to the keys was very different to the explanation, even with photos. The odd place the keys were kept, I could hardly reach. There was mention of a locked box, and a fob access. Neither of which existed. once in, the place was lovely. clean with everything required,

The location is beautiful and refreshing. We would happily return one day ☺️

The apartment, the village of Olinda, and the surroundings are beautiful. The food and service at the local restaurant was perfect 😍

− Re the accommodation; There were two negative maintenance issues: bath tap had been removed so could not enjoy the bath. Also screws missing from floor plate under entrance door and was a trip hazard.
