− A little bit noisy in the morning. Also, there was no shower telephone. Would prefer t have one.

7.0La proximité du centre ville. Personnel réactif. La douche et la climatisation.
− Pour les fumeurs c'est très compliqué, descendre 4 étages, aucun espace prévu donc contre un mur en pleine rue (entre les commerces). Gros problèmes avec l'ascenseur que certaines personnes ne respectent pas la fermeture des portes malgré le signalement, ce qui empêche le fonctionnement et monter 4 ou 5 étages à pied est impossible pour certaines personnes ! Gros soucis avec la propreté, il y a un dépôt de poussière sur le mur au dessus du lit, des traces dégoulinent sur la porte, le sol n'a pas été fait le temps de notre séjour malgré le changement de serviettes et la réfection du lit. Les photos sur le site ne correspondent pas à la chambre que nous avons eu. Il n'y a que des rideaux occultant donc toujours dans le noir car volets fermés pour le vis à vis. Le matelas à déjà bien vécu ! Le tarif appliqué n'est pas justifié.
Séjour reposant dans un quartier calme proche du centre et des activités touristiques
9.0Chambre très confortable avec clim dans un quartier calme, idéal pour se reposer après une journée de visites sous la chaleur de Rome mais qui reste proche du centre (nous avons fait tous nos déplacements à pied). Personnel très accueillant qui nous a permis de laisser nos bagages avant notre check-in et après notre check-out. Le manager est très réactif à nos questions.
− Il restait quelques aliments entamés dans le frigo (oubli des anciens locataires) que nous avons dû jeter nous-même.

10.0It was a great stay for a good price! You can get to the main visiting points on foot in 20/30 minutes or there is a bus stop close by. Definitely recommend!

9.0I am very pleased with our stay at NearHome. Emilio, the manager, met us right upon arrival; we were able to check in a bit early since the room was already cleaned. Emilio was very welcoming, helped us with everything, and recommended a wonderful restaurant. Housekeeping was provided daily, though at times we didn't really need it, as Rome is stunningly beautiful and we only returned to the room to freshen up and sleep. A lovely surprise awaited me on my birthday. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
− There is indeed still construction work going on next to the hotel, but it only disturbed us on one morning. Since we were getting up early anyway, it wasn't a problem for us. The rest of the time, it was quiet.
