9.0Nice room, many facilities,any restaurants, many choices and a fabulous sports, entertainment complex.
− Stayed at Ocean suite, very nice but the sofa could be more comfortable or have a few cushions. As it is cannot recline.
Absolutely AMAZING and STUNNING hotel
10.0This hotel is just amazing!!! The deluxe ocean view suite was stunning - large, exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated with high-end finishes. We were so impressed with everything that we extended our stay! Pools, beach and gardens are clean and well manicured. Lots of fun activities for children too - like motorised water scooters and water guns! Staff were the best - helpful, attentive and polite. The Hoiana Suites is situated directly next door to the New World Beach Club - they are connected by a shared lobby. The facilities are incredible - onsite shops, restaurants, spa, gym, casino and the HUB (arcades and family entertainment centre). Free shuttle buses to/from town at regular intervals throughout the day. We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be back. Hidden gem!!!

10.0The hotel is amazing and classy, provided that you do not mind being far from the Old Town it is a perfect selection. The room and its bathroom were spacious, clean, and comfortable; the staff clean the suite at twice a day. In addition, a positive was their breakfast ending at 11 AM and it being very delicious and halal friendly. The staff in Hoiana also noticed us having a special occasion and without informing them they covered the bill and provided complementary drinks.
− As an improvement I would suggest adding a bidet in the toilet and allowing for baggage pickup promptly (we were informed it would take 15 minutes).
