De ligging is perfect. Aardige hosts. Fijn dat er een parkeerplaats is. Goed bed.

− Wij verbleven in een klein appartement waar minimaal ruimte is voor het ophangen van je kleding bijvoorbeeld. Voor het verblijf van een weekend was dat voor ons geen probleem.

− No hay nada que no me gustara. Es una habitación habilitada con una pequeña cocina, más que un apartamento en sí, pero era muy comodo y siempre limpio.

Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa. Éramos dos personas y disfrutamos muchísimo de los apartamentos. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y la habitación era preciosa, cuidada hasta el más mínimo detalle. El baño estaba perfectamente equipado con todo lo que podíamos necesitar, y nos encantaron especialmente los productos de Herbes de Ibiza, con unos aromas únicos y maravillosos. Además, tuvieron un detalle muy bonito con nosotros: nos dejaron fruta y agua a nuestra llegada, algo que apreciamos muchísimo. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del mar y del Paseo Marítimo, lo que nos permitió disfrutar de la zona cómodamente. El personal fue extremadamente atento y amable. Siempre se interesaban por cómo estábamos y si necesitábamos cualquier cosa. Todo estuvo a un nivel excelente. Sin duda, una estancia de 10. Nos encantó todo y volveríamos sin pensarlo. ❤️

The location is fantastic, a short walk to the beach and marina. The staff on the ground tried hard to assist within what they were allowed to do, and the maintenance man was honest with us about what could not be fixed.

− The apartment was materially smaller than sold. We booked a Family Room confirmed at 45 m2; apartment 1C measures approximately 28.1 m2 including the bathroom, verified by counting the 60 x 60 cm floor tiles, about 38 percent less than the product sold. The director, declined in writing to refund or acknowledge the size discrepancy, and despite being asked twice in writing never stated the apartment's actual size. On check in a damage deposit was taken, yet the apartment already had chipped furniture and damaged skirting throughout, a loose, leaking wall mounted toilet the property's own handyman said could not be repaired during our stay, a shower door that would not close so water ran onto the floor, black mould at the seals, a broken fridge and mirror light, and stained linen. The alternative apartments shown were in a similar state and size. The matter was resolved only after escalation through Booking.com, which refunded 38 percent of the price, matching the measured size shortfall. Lovely location, helpful staff, but verify the room size against what you are sold.
