9.0A unique and memorable stay in Amsterdam! The repurposing of these buildings into accommodation is commendable and surprisingly comfortable considering in one moment you are on the street; the other, you’re in your bed. Quite surreal. Great local canals close by including one with grass most of the way along.
− The only negative we found was the proximity to the street - you are really right there, for better and for worse.

− Le bruit tot le matin en dessous du logement quand les agents sortait les tuyaux d'eaux.
Not enjoyable as we dreaded going back after a day out.
4.0View from main window along the canal was good. Aircon was good. Small fridge useful as was safe.
− Toilet/shower room smelt on arrival like a public toilet and never changed due to no extractor or window that opened. Noise was horrendous from trams 0030 to 0600 everyday. Earplugs provided didn’t help. Double bed having one side free and a wooden rail was tricky. Washing hands in kitchen sink after toilet not ideal. It was quirky, but from the outside looks like a converted public toilet. No outside space was disappointing unless you sit on weed littered concrete steps. Having 2 workmen turn up at 8 am everyday and stay all day was not ideal right outside your windows. Sorry, just being honest.
