− Breakfast being included is a little unclear. When I booked i was under impression I got it. Then the first employee said I did and in morning was told I didnt get it
Lovely place wish we’d been able to stay longer
9.0Coffee was great. We didn’t have time for breakfast. Shower was good, would have liked a hand shower attachment. Loved all the pillows. Plenty of towels. Sorry it was only one night! Room was clean and comfortable, plenty of space.
− Bathroom sink didn’t drain well leaving yucky residue as it was soooo slow. We arrived back to the room late, after an event, and did not report sink issue until morning. Question: why did not the service person who cleaned the room report it. When they cleaned the sink they should have noticed a problem.

8.0Very clean and new looking, and comfortable including the beds. Location was very good.
− I didn't like that there was no restaurant for breakfast available due to the holiday, I was told this at check in. The next morning I noticed the hotel attached in the exact same building ( related to Hilton hotel) and right off our elevator had a free breakfast room available. I wondered why that couldn't have been offered as a substitute?
