− En general tuvimos una buena experiencia. Como sugerencia de mejora, quisiera comentar lo ocurrido con el desayuno. Nos informaron que el horario era hasta las 9:00 a. m., por lo que llegamos dentro del tiempo establecido junto con mi familia. Sin embargo, al llegar ya no había varios de los alimentos disponibles. Considero que, si el hotel tiene una alta ocupación, sería importante prever suficiente disponibilidad de alimentos para todos los huéspedes durante todo el horario del servicio. Solo después de solicitarle a la señora encargada que, por favor, completaran el desayuno, comenzaron a reponer los alimentos. Lo comparto como una observación constructiva, ya que es un aspecto que puede mejorar la experiencia de quienes se hospedan en el hotel.
