− Extremely loud music playing through hotel from property beer garden into late hours close to midnight, child unable to sleep. Unable to process booking.com payment forcing me to sit in lobby and resolve on my own with booking.com before even letting me into the room which was extremely embarrassing and ultimately the hotels fault for not knowing how to separate pre paid room for incidentals and parking fees.
