5.0O apartamento é bem localizado e é bem arrumadinho.
− O contato com a pessoa que aluga o apartamento foi péssimo e ela não foi muito receptiva. Quando chegamos, eu havia avisado com antecedência que estaria chegando, e ela demorou cerca de 10 minutos para descer e abrir o portão. Estava bem frio e poderia estar chovendo. No apartamento não tinha toalha(havia sido previamente confirmado que teria roupa de banho), entramos em contato e levou por volta de quatro horas para ela nos retornar (após muitas ligacões). Mesmo sendo informada que estávamos sem toalha(mandamos foto) ela demorou bastante para dar um retorno e resolver o problema. Além disso dentro do apartamento não tinha nenhuma vassoura ou rodo, impossibilitando que limpassemos minimamente.
