Problems from initial reservation through hotels.com. The owner also has a sub contract with another company that sends contracts that you must abide by. These contracts do not mirror the conditions within hotels.com. I immediately tried to contact the hotel without luck. I contacted hotels.com, provide the sub contracts that I didn't agree to and hotels.com were not able to contact the hotel. I contacted the sub contract and provide them the conditions through hotels.com the i agreed too and they were unable to contact the hotel. The problem set was resolved but only upon arrival which i didn't know if i would be accepted or rejected and have to find another place. The hotel itself was ok but i would describe it as country living at best. The dampness of the entire place was concerning and we couldn't get rid of the mosquitos throughout the interior of the house. The pictures shown are correct, but outdated. It is a four bedroom, two bath house. You are in a hamlet at the end of the road but short walk to the residence. Three nice restaurants are ten minutes away. Not close to main roads but if you love isolation, you would love it.
