Nel complesso e stato sopra la sufficienza .
6.0La posizione strategica per poter andare con la metro ovunque in pochi minuti .Con la stessa in 50 minuti max si raggiunge comodamente ed un solo cambio (L3 e L9s) l'aeroporto .OTTIMO
− Appartamento un pò troppo sopravvalutato per il costo che viene chiesto .Il bagno troppo piccolo e senza bidet ( avessero messo una porta scorrevole per guadagnare spazio) è una grossa pecca soprattutto se lo affittano a una comitiva anche di 5 persone .Se vogliono un CONSIGLIO spassionato sarebbe meglio cambiare i 2 infissi delle due camere doppie con 2 di nuova generazione.per isolare meglio le camere e permettere agli ospiti di riposare meglio. Sembra di essere in strada .Si sente tutto La zona è molto rumorosa di giorno per i lavori in strada e dalle 23 alle 3 e mezza di notte è un caos di chiacchiericcio e rumori molesti di ogni genere .I tappi in dotazione non sono una soluzione .Per quanto riguarda le dotazioni dell'appartamento direi che siamo a un livello al di sopra della sufficienza..
