6.0The mattress, the overall size of the room, the nice view of the courtyard on the ground level. The updated bar/breakfast area. The pleasant staff at reception. Having separate toilet and bath was good. Hot shower with good pressure.
− One of the lifts was out of action. Very thin walls where you can hear the next door guest sniffing and coughing as if the person was in your room. Very cheap doors to the bathroom and the toilet. The lights in the room were a little too cold, not inviting or comforting. The breakfast staff were a bit unfriendly when you turn up if your rate doesn’t include breakfast. I think they should welcome such guests more enthusiastically. The tiled bathroom and toilet were modern and clean but somehow felt very cheap and cold, not somewhere you can feel relaxed.

8.0I liked the welcome at reception, the staff were friendly, the room was clean & had everything I needed. I liked the fact the toiletries were vegan. The breakfast was good, the staff were knowledgeable, I am vegan & the staff explained the options & ensured I had vegan milk, butter & sausages!
− I couldn't adjust the heating (radiator) in the room (it was too hot), & I couldn't fully open the windows to cool the room down.

Not the place to stay if you want a good night's sleep
2.0When I arrived, I realised my room was on a very noisy street. It was also right next to the elevator, so every time someone got off on my floor, I could hear the noise clearly. I barely slept the entire night. I had booked four nights, but after just one night, I decided to check out and move to another hotel.
