No hot water for entire stay!! Worst host I have stayed with.

− They moved us last minute into a new apartment in a new street. We accepted and had no issues with that. After having to go to the fourth floor without an elevator, and wanted to get ready for our dinner we realized there’s no hot water. I contacted them immediately about the situation and they tried to help us. Unfortunately, that didn’t help at all. They did not relocate us, neither did they fix the issue. We had no have hot water for the entire stay of three nights. This is absolute unacceptable. I’ve never seen something like this before. And the worst part this was for our New Year’s trip as well. I have not received any sort of apology or refund offering from the host. I will complain via booking.com about this host and NEVER stay again with them. Super disappointed!!!
Perfect location , clean and worth to pay

Good comfortable stay, but should be cheaper.
6.0Bed was comfy, decent area and good amount of space. Good ac/heating once figured out.
− The sofa, every time I sat on it or moved on it it would slip and make me almost fall off, had to constantly keep pushing it back in and the tv was a nightmare to figure out without any instructions as there was about 5 differnt remotes, the instruction manual also seemed to have different image references compared to what was actually in the apartment (e.g. boiler, heating etc). Also has a very small shower, so be careful if you are on the larger side as you may have to leave the door open. Think it should be a bit cheaper than what it's listed as at the moment considering.
