10.0From the moment of check in, Valerio was a fantastic host. He showed us all that the room had, gave us a welcome booklet for the restaurants he loved and was extremely helpful. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met and he made our stay stress free and amazing

9.0Good location. Near to most of the city sights. Close to central station. Good breakfast options. Late check in option
− Very noisy area. You cannot sleep with the window open if you are coming in the summer and you have the apartment on the side with all the terraces. Towels were stained when arriving and the 2nd day. Since we opted for daily cleaning they were changed. I would pay more attention on the towels

10.0Host communicated with me in advance and throughout my stay to ensure I had all my needs met and to answer any questions I had. He made accommodations available early since he had an early check out. I immensely appreciated this after traveling all night. A nice continental breakfast was provided daily.
