Lovely 3 rooms apartment close Trastevere Station

The representative from the host company, Sonny, met us at the apartment and was helpful in showing us in. The apartment was very comfortable, excellent cold air conditioning, plenty of room, the interior of the apartment was spotless. The cafe at the corner (Bar Smile Caffe) had a friendly owner and served very inexpensive and delicious coffee. Also a bakery on the corner in the other direction. There is a good street market a short walk away at Piazza San Giovanni di Dio with very low prices and high quality fruits, vegetables, and other stalls (see photos). Directions: https://maps.app.goo.gl/721qYx2QAfFfhu1S7 Also some full-service grocery stores on Viale dei Colli Portuensi. Good bus service a few blocks away on Circonvallazione Gianicolense.

− The location is not actually very close to Trastevere station as suggested by the title. It's a few kilometers away. However easy to get there on the bus while the tram line was out of service for repairs. The neighborhood was not bad but had just one cafe nearby and just a couple of restaurants, some of which seemed to be closed for the summer, and it's quite hot with a lot of buildings reflecting heat and not many trees. The only grocery stores within 2 blocks are convenience stores. On the stairs outside the room in the common area, there is a planter box with a bit of garbage in it that looks like it has been there for months. I thought it was strange that I had to pay the taxes in cash, and I never received a receipt for it. There aren't a lot of tourists in the neighborhood, which is fine for us, but I wonder if locals fear that it is driving up rents for them.

Apartamento amplio y muy cómodo en un barrio muy tranquilo. Indicaciones perfectas para la recogida de llaves. Dos baños muy amplios. Muy limpio. Tiendas y restaurantes en los alrededores. Nos gustó el ambiente del barrio

− Un poco alejado del centro de Roma e incluso de las principales calles del Trastévere, pero bien comunicado. La cafetera no funcionaba bien. Las camas eran cómodas, aunque las almohadas eran más duras que una piedra, Recomendamos al alojamiento que facilite al menos un par de almohadas por cama de distinta consistencia.
