Esperaba más por el precio
5.0Solo necesitábamos un lugar por una noche, por qué estábamos de paso, y cumplió con lo requerido. Incluye desayuno en comedor con vista al lago.
− Falta más preocupación por la presentación, limpieza y visualización de los baños (las tinas) a simple vista están bastante abandonadas, con siliconas manchadas de hongos, que como huésped no es agradable ver, pensando que es un espacio que vas a ocupar para higiene personal. La loza del desayuno habían vasos sucios, con restos en el fondo y marcas de dedos y residuos, tazas llenas de pelusas. En algún momento entró un gato al comedor, aún siendo petfriendly, creo que no corresponde cuando hay personas comiendo ya que no a todo mundo les acomoda tener un animal cerca mientras come.

8.0Estranha política de toalhas substituídas somente após 3 dias, dias frios, úmidos e toalhas molhadas, mesmo em contato com a recepção, não houve esforço. Fora isso, hospedagem com vista incrível, sensacional nos demais atendimentos, principalmente nos serviços de café da manhã.
Todo muy bien, cómodo, se siente como en casa.
