8.0The host was very responsive when I was booking this property. The location is great. within walking distance of many sites. The apartment was well maintained, stocked with the necessary items, except we could have used more bath towels, and comfortable.
− I had asked prior to booking if there was an elevator that worked, and I was assured yes. I had asked specifically because a comment from a couple of different reviews had said it was out of service while staying. When we arrived there was a note on the elevator door "out of order". This meant I could only take up my small suitcase rather than my larger one. We also had trouble with both the gate and door code. We called, but the person that answered said they couldn't hear us and hung up, this happened when we tried to call about additional towels too. We finally got both codes to work, but this happened on a daily basis. Note: several others had the same problems!

10.0Very central but quite location, I have asked for bigger appartment with backyard windows. Very comfortable place. I stay there every time Im in Reykjavik.

8.0Great location, close to everything.The apartment was nicely refurbished and well equipped — had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made a real difference after long days of touring. Would recommend.
− Lift has been out of order, this is not since yesterday. We were on the top floor with heavy luggage, which made things difficult. This should be clearly noted in the listing description, as people book expecting a working lift.
