6.0Cleanliness and good location
− Staff at reception telling me impolitely in the morning that I have to pay. I was surprised since I paid online with credit card. The man at reception said that he has such misunderstandings every day, if I do not want to pay, he will call the police. Of course, I paid but I demanded a statement that online payment was only a guarantee. This is the system problem so that there is no nervousness for both service staff and customers
