10.0We enjoyed the hotel and the lobby with snacks available all day and the toiletries. The room was a good size for 5 of us. We would definitely stay here again if/when we return to toyko. Was close (10 mins walk) to a major train station which made transport ideal . My son left his iPad in the room and they went out of their way to ship it back to NZ promptly for us.

Enjoyed our stay and special amenities like foot bath. Loved the large shower and great water pressure.
7.0Decor of Thailand, staff, location
− Breakfast should have had fruit, juice, and regular bread and butter, not packaged which seems cheap. Why turn in keys every time leaving hotel? If lost charge customer. Staff smoked in laundry area on 5th floor which made hallway smell like smoke!
Embarrassing stay at a love hotel
6.0Good price compared to other 4 star hotels
− The hotel also rents rooms at a 30 minute and four hourly rate for a “rest”. I felt a bit embarrassed and uncomfortable in this environment. The annoying Balinese music on loop in foyer and all corridors( weird pipes and bonging).
