− Le gérant a été impossible à joindre pendant 3 heures sur trois numéros d appels. Après nous avoir promis un petit déjeuner à 9h. À 12h30 il est réapparu après avoir été obligé de d appeler le service client de booking car aucun autre numéro ne répondait. Il était désolé car il avait eu un problème de santé et avait du se rendre à l hôpital, ce qui hélas peut arriver. Le problème c est que cela n est pas professionnel de laisser les hôtes sans nouvelles pendant. 3 heures. Il aurait du s organiser pour que quelqu’un puisse être en mesure de répondre. On comprend que ce genre d incident puisse arriver, on ne comprend pas de ne pas prévoir une solution de secours
