9.0Appartamento centrale un minuto a piedi da metro Gran Via e vicino a supermarket. A piedi si raggiungono i siti più noti di Madrid. Molto ampio e con buona divisione degli spazi. Letto e cuscini comodi. Staff organizzato con comunicazione scritta.
− Mancava qualcosa di essenziale in cucina (come, per esempio, le tazze piccole per caffe') e alcune ciotole e pentole non erano ben lavate. Bisogna utilizzare i tappi per dormire perché si sentono i vicini di altri appartamenti.

− No andaba el ascensor desde hace muchimo tiempo y tuve que subir mi valija con el brazo derecho lesionado un 3er piso por escalera y bajarla también
