Awesome hotel- stayed here 3x already and would like to come back!
9.0My 3rd stay at this hotel. The onsen is the best- clean, quiet, and spacious with a peaceful mediation room. I don't normally pay for buffet breakfast in Japan, but I like this one because there is a huge selection and they had both Western and Asian options. The room could be slightly bigger with a couch or table, but it is comfortable. It's super safe and close to the train station with a Family Mart below. I will stay here a 4th time if I am back in Tokyo!
− I wish it as a little closer to Shibuya. It's very close to Disneyland which we did go to, but otherwise it's a 10 min walk through Tokyo station every time we leave/return to the hotel, but it's not the hotel's fault. Also, a few more restaurant options that were open past 10 would be nice. We wanted to eat after coming back from Disney which closes at 9, but nothing was open.

9.0Fantastic service. Great breakfast. The onsen was well maintained and very clean. The room was spacious and well appointed. The whole experience was very pleasant.
− Honestly there was not anything that was an issue. I’m sure some people might be put off because it is slightly out of the way from major tourist attractions and areas but I personally think thats a positive thing.
