The property parking was confusing. Also, it was a shame that when we enter the room, the cleaners was still there cleaning and asked us to wait outside, the worst part, we waiting for almost an hour. Imagine coming from a long 7 hrs drive and then the room was not ready on the check in time. Hope this will not happen to others.

Lots of noise from outside could not sleep well first night. Not sure if it is related to windows or propery location.

Shortly after booking I had a change of plans, I booked non-fundable rate and they gave me no flexibility which I understand, but I was wanting to move the booking to another date which was a lot more expensive and happy to pay more. Then on my first day, the check in was delayed, this meant I had to drive an hour to an office I could use then back again so I could have meetings without disturbance, I was told, "well you wouldn't want an apartment that wasn't cleaned." So then on the last day of my 2 night trip I was told between 7am and 11am there was a fire inspection, again as I had meetings I had to leave before 7am to allow me time to drive to the office. The building itself is very noisy and I usually stay across the road in the Meriton which is where I will be staying in the future. Much cleaner, nicer and actually have customer service. I am trying to be fair, they did offer me a free night for another 2 night stay but I wont be accepting as even at half price its not worth it. Do yourself a favour and book the Merition.

It was fairly priced and a really good spot close to a train station and plenty of good food shops around! Plus a Woolies not even a rock throw away Place was quite clean I loved it had a good sized fridge and not a bar fridge like normal hotels . A washing machine and dryer in our room! and a normal kitchen was unbelievable! I stayed on the 8 story and the view was like no other! Had plenty of room for my nephew to play with his toys we had a 2 bedroom apartment it also had 2 bathrooms and it was perfect for the 4 of us place was actually quite big considering what you'd normally see at a hotel Honestly felt like a home away from home would deffantly book there again
