6.0Дуже привітний орендодавець, зустрів, провів, попіклувався, щоб в кімнаті все необхідне було. Дуже зручне розташування, поруч метро, Ватикан неподалік, купа магазинів та місць де можна поїсти. Є чай, кава, чайник, холодильник.
− Балкон - одна назва. На ньому стоїть кондиціонер сусідньої кімнати, постійно працює, жене гаряче повітря. Знаходитись на балконі неможливо. Окрім того на балконі зверху живуть голуби і вони його весь забруднили. Тумбочка біля ліжка лише одна. Для другої людини це незручно. Клавіша змиву в унітазі постійно западає і через це ллється вода. В приміщенні 4 апартаментів. Дуже чутно інших гостей. В нашому випадку дівчата сусідки повернулись о 2 ночі, грюкали дверима, гучно розмовляли, довелось йти з ними розмовляти. Виспатись не владось, бо через тонкі двері все чутно. Номер дуже тісний. Навіть валізу на розкласти. Переночувати і приеяти душ на 1-2 ночі норм.
