9.0El trato del personal, la ubicación ,las personas del estacionamiento son super amables y atentas, las instalaciones muy bien, muy limpias
− Que desactivaron mi tarjeta de entrada a mi habitación antes de que se cumpliera la hora de dejar la habitación, y gracias a la persona que aseaba los cuartos entramos a sacar el equipaje excelente y amable la señora mal por el hotel eso molesta por lo demás super recomendable

9.0The room, the bathroom and the entire room was super clean, the staff very helpful and ready to attend your requests, I was on the room #104 from Nov 7 to Nov 11, and whoever was in charge of the maintenance and keeping up with the supplies of any room at that level deserve my felicitations and hoping their supervisor pass my gratitude to the hard workers of the Hotel Gina in San Juan de los lagos Jalisco..
− The bathroom sliding doors needed a little attention/cleaning on the bottom rail to help the doors slide freely...
2nd time staying here. I highly recommend it!
