2.0Terrible, we were already travelling down to London when after 3 emails & phone calls I was informed our apartment building was closed due to BED BUGS!!! Absolutely ruined our 3 night break as we were offered a far inferior apartment way away from our friends apartment in Fitrovia. I felt obliged to accept the offered accomodation otherwise I may have had no where to stay!! Absolutely terrible service from Hotels.com. Apartment was small, 1 small bed, tiny kitchen, not enough sockets, plug sockets sparked fusing all the sockets, altogether a terrible experience!!

6.0The apartment is quite spacious and the kitchen and bathroom are almost new. There is a Tesco Express less than a 5-minute walk away and a nice cafe for coffees. Only a 10-minute walk to Oxford Circus. The apartment is let down by quite shabby furniture, in fact the sofa-bed was all but unusable. Also the lift is out of order as was the wifi when we stayed. Footstep noise from the apartment above is also quite loud. Having said that, it is in a lovely and very handy area and some new furniture would give this unit at least 4 stars.

6.0I liked how bright the apartment was. It was close to the subway and it was walkable. I didn't like that the elevator doesn't work, and apparently it won't be fixed. So it's impossible to be there if you're a person with mobility disabilities. Unfortunately, they don't give information about how many floors the building has, so you won't know how difficult it will be for you to access your unit.

6.0Sehr schön, aber die Möbel (Stühle, Sofa und Schrank) benötigen dringend eine Überarbeitung. Die Dusche ist leider auch nicht ganz so dicht.
