6.0Me gustó mucho el enclave, pero no es lo que buscaba. Debían especificar que se ajusta más a estancias de retiro y aislamiento. La habitación sin TV. A 1 Km de la carretera por un camino; a 18 km. del Ayllón (único pueblo con servicios). Para el poco o nada servicio que tiene el hotel, caro. Todos los servicios complementarios de SPA, comidas, desayuno, etc., aparte. Ochenta euros sólo por dormir, con entrada a las 17:00 y salida a las 11:30, caro.

8.0El hotel muy limpio y cómodo, la atención muy buena y el entorno muy bonito, hay paseos en los alrededores muy chulos. Altamente recomendable!

8.0La estancia (10 y 11 de luio) ha sido verdadermente estupenda. El trato, el entorno, las comodidades, el restaurate, lostratamientos, todo fenomenal.... El problema ha venido al pagar. Yo tenía la reserva de alojamiento hecha y pagada desde el 9 de julio a través de hotels,com. Y cuando pido la factura resulta que se me carga nuevamente el alojamiento. Antela indicacion de queyo ya lo teno abonado se me indica que debe ser incorrecto, que el hotel no lo ha cobrado, y que dado que ellos tienen todos los datos de mi arjeta con mi consentimiento o sin el van a proceder al cobro. Ni siquiera se plantea contactar con hotels,com para ver don de puede estar el error.. Me parece una prepotencia y un abuso impresionante por parte de ambos, del operardor y del etablecimiento. Por parte del esteblecimiemto ya se me ha dico que por su parte nada que hacer, que reclame al apoerador, y por el operador ninguna opción de reclamar en la web. La unica opcón un número de teléfono en el que se indica que mi número de confirmación no existe. Estafa por ambos lados. Recomiendo no emplear los servicios de ninguna de estas dos empresas.
