8.0It was beautiful ! We booked a room with a balcony and the views were great staff were all very friendly and kind beds were extremely comfortable
− We were on the second floor and the room above us ran around their room all night slamming doors stumping their feet we had to call front desk 3 times to complain .

− The hotel charged us twice for our 1-night rent. They're not friendly when I ask what is going on. I know they can view all the transactions associated with my reservation. However, the associate who handles my account advised me not to use a different name when booking a room. The reservation is under my husband's name and the card that we use to pay is in my name. Not really nice!!

10.0I liked the location, the lady that checked us in was incredibly nice. Come to mention it, the entire staff was very nice. Bed was comfortable, very clean. Pricey. I would stay again. But it's just far more expensive than most.
