− Expensive Very hot, fans didn't provide any respite (we were there during a heatwave unfortunately)
Terrible and uneasy
1.0I really liked how central the property was to the shops, restaurants, and beach area. It was definitely convenient and made getting around very easy. We visited a few food spots nearby, and every single one was great. Ramsgate has such a lovely atmosphere, and it is definitely on my list of places to visit again in the near future.
− Security was extremely poor during our stay. There appeared to be a prostitution operation taking place in the unit downstairs, which created a serious security concern for us. We had to pass strange men entering and leaving the downstairs flat, and while we were there, a major police operation took place at that unit. Police officers came knocking on our door and questioned us, which left us feeling very uncomfortable and unsafe for the remainder of our stay. We made a formal complaint to the host and requested a refund, but our message went unanswered until our final day. When they finally responded, they made excuses and refused to take responsibility. There are security cameras throughout the building, which made us feel even more concerned, as it seemed possible that the host or management may have known what was happening and failed to protect guests. There was also what appeared to be evidence of male bodily fluid stains on the couch, which raised further concerns that our unit may also have been used for inappropriate activity. I would not recommend anyone stay here. It is unfortunate because the property looks nice and is in a convenient location, but the security concerns, lack of proper response from the host, and overall experience were completely unacceptable.

− WiFi was very poor, no toilet rolls and no bin provided apart from toilets. We had to put rubbish in the street bins.
Apart the dangers of that step everything else was fine
5.0The beds were absolutely comfy
− There wasnt enough space to get around the beds however what did it in the most is the place flat i stayed in had a step that was too tall which would cause an accident and it did to one of my friends as they badly hurt their ankle and had to leave the property
