Our New Favorite Place in Southern Utah

We absolutely loved our stay at The Dwellings! The accommodations were adorable, more like a studio apartment than a hotel room, with a kitchenette (dishes, refrigerator, etc), that made it easy to enjoy breakfast and snacks during our stay. One of our favorite parts was the incredible view. We spent each morning sitting outside with a cup of coffee and each evening relaxing with a glass of wine while taking in the beautiful scenery. It was peaceful, quiet, and exactly what we needed. The location was perfect, too. We loved having the hot springs just across the street—they were so relaxing after a day of exploring. During our trip we also went biking, played golf, and enjoyed discovering everything the area has to offer. If you’re looking for a comfortable, peaceful getaway with beautiful views and plenty to do nearby, we highly recommend The Dwellings. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at The Dwellings in La Verkin! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, friendly, and welcoming. The owners were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. We stayed in Room 15, and the view was absolutely breathtaking—waking up to the beautiful scenery was one of the highlights of our trip. They are situated off the Main Street so at night you hear the vehicles but they provide ear plugs for light sleepers . The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. One of the best perks was being able to purchase discounted admission to the nearby hot springs through the lodge. It was a great value and made our experience even better. We also loved that there is a beautiful hiking trail just steps from the property, making it easy to get outside and enjoy the incredible Southern Utah landscape. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with stunning views, clean accommodations, friendly hospitality, and easy access to outdoor adventures, I highly recommend The Dwellings. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay. The Dwellings have a great location. The room setup was really cool. We really enjoyed the sunsets over the canyon!

Domeček se vším, co ma cestách potřebujete, základně vybavená kuchyň velmi přínosná. Krásné vybavení, čistota. Velký bonus v podobě nádherného výhledu do kaňonu.

− Snad menší nevýhoda poloha u rušné silnice (ložnice otočená na druhou stranu, ale provoz i v noci i tak částečně slyšet je)

We absolutely loved the Dwellings! Perfect distance from Zion. Gorgeous view. Really clean and quiet. Right next to an awesome coffee shop. This was the perfect place to rest during our Zion adventure.

Home base for Zion and surrounding hikes

Great central location. Peaceful, nice view, all you need for a comfortable stay. Our dog especially loved easy access to play in her own little yard.
