8.0The staff at the club are very nice. The food at the club is good and not too expensive. The view from the penthouse is pretty and overlooks the ocean. It is quite a long walk to the beach, so a golf cart would be helpful. The property is close to the Shoppes at Palmilla. There is a California Ranch Market, but the prices are much higher than La Comer. The units are new and the decor is modern and comfortable.
