2.0Da nessuna parte in booking è specificato che bisogna contattare l host all arrivo, nessuna istruzione prim, anzi sembra che si prenoti un hotel ma non è così. Arrivate ci siamo trovate davanti a uno dei soliti portoni chiusi . Quando ho telefonato alla signora, molto scocciata, è arrivata per le chiavi. Ancora più scocciata si lamentava che era stanca, mi ha anche minacciata dicendo se non va bene di trovare un hotel. Ma ovviamente come si faceva a trovare un albergo vero su due piedi? Stanza spartana, nemmeno la luce nel comodino.
− Stanza essenziale,le finestre non si chiudono non ci sono persiane, host di quelli che si vede non hanno nessuna voglia di accogliere un cliente. Sarebbe credo onesto almeno scrivere su booking che non è un hotel, di chiamare quando si arriva e anche arredare una stanza per accogliere ospiti, incluse le persiane nella finestra . Titolare veramente sgarbata

8.0Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dalle maggiori attrazioni e dal centro di Ferrara. Abbiamo apprezzato l'aria condizionata e le dimensioni della stanza, che oltretutto era ben pulita.
− Il bagno era un po' piccolo e rumoroso. Il letto era un po' scomodo.
